By commissioning euther1a, from here on “the Artist”, to sell or complete a tailored artwork/s for you, you, the Client agree to comply to the terms listed below. By commissioning the Artist, you will receive an Artwork (or multiple).I. Image copyright
The Artist retains full and exclusive rights to their original Artworks. This includes any designs they made during the commissioning process such as scrapped ideas, incomplete works due to refunding, etc. You, the Client, may not claim Artworks made by the Artist as your own or use them for any other purpose other than personal. Commercialisation of the Artist’s work is currently not an available service.
The Client must must not use or otherwise involve the Artist's artworks in anything relating to artificial intelligence or blockchain technology, including training or usage of AI models, creation of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrencies, or any other activities in these areas.II. Payment, refunds and cancellations
Payments are made via Ko-fi. One-time donations can be made on Ko-fi. Monthly donations are not acceptable. The currency the Artist works with is EUR. The Client must contact the Artist (see Section III) and have their approval before sending payments. The Artist will start work on the commissioned Artwork only after full payment has been received. A full refund can be issued if the Client wishes it before the Client’s approval of the sketch (for a sequence of anticipated work stages please see Section III).
The Client may request significant changes up to 3 times before approving the sketch. Each subsequent request will require an upcharge of 3-5 EUR depending on execution complexity and this can be paid via Ko-fi donation. Significant changes proposed after sketch approval will be upcharged depending on the scale of the request. Minor edits on work in progress images (WIPs) are free of charge. Any mistake the Artist has made with regards to the original request are also free.
The Artist holds the right to cancel the commission for any reason and will reimburse the equivalent amount after estimating the progress that has been made on the Artwork/s.III. Contact and communication
Contact between the Artist and the Client must be established prior to payment and commitment to work. The Artist communicates via:

In order to complete the requested Artwork, the Artist will need: a reference sheet or full body illustration of the character/s to be included in the commission, along with information regarding the direction of the composition—inspiration images, moodboard or clear text description. For characters that do not have reference images, the other options listed above may suffice, please consult with the Artist regarding feasibility. After receiving all the materials, the Artist will brainstorm ideas on the composition and await the Client’s approval. Upon agreement, the Artist will request payment to be made on Ko-fi after which they will being working the commission. The Artist will provide a sketch on which changes can be made if the Client desires. The Client cannot change the commission type after sketch approval. After the sketch, the Artist will proceed to completing the lineart, shading, colouring and rendering. The sequence of these stages will depend on the type of commission and the technique currently being used by the Artist. After completion, the Client will receive a file with the Artwork/s of highest available resolution along with any additional files if the Artist sees appropriate for you to have them, such as sketches, old or discarded variants, .csp or .psd files, etc. At this point the commission is deemed completed.
Estimated completion times are provided for each commission type listed on Ko-fi. The Artist does not accept rushed requests and reserves their right to have flexible deadlines.IV. My Rights as an Artist
Acceptable requests include animals (feral), anthropomorphic animals (anthro furries), dragons, monsters, Pokémon, original species, mild gore.
Requests that contain humans, humanoids or robots/mecha have a low likelihood to be accepted.
Unacceptable commissions are considered those that contain pornography or hateful content, speech or symbols against any kind of group, or anything the Artist deems unethical.
If your request includes something beyond what is listed here, please discuss with the Artist.
The Artist reserves their right to share (or not to share) commissions across social media platforms and any other means they see fit to promote their work.
The Artist reserves their right to refuse any commission without providing a reason. Circumstances in which this can occur are when the Artist has limited availability or they are unwilling or uncomfortable with your request. The Artist will not work with clients under 18 years of age or persons who have problematic histories including, but not limited to, theft, scamming, harassment, controversies or any other circumstances they do not wish to be associated with.V. Your Rights as a Client
The Client is entitled to receive a full refund depending on the circumstances that lead to the refund and the level of completion of the Artwork/s as per Section II.
The Client may request to be sent WIPs in between commission stages.
The Client can request changes to the Artwork as outlined in Section II. The commission type cannot be changed after sketch approval.
Once completed, the Client will receive the Artwork and the commission will be deemed completed. From this point on, it is the responsibility of the Client to preserve the file/s of the Artwork.
Posting, reposting or sharing the artwork on personal social media platforms or websites is permitted only with crediting the Artist in the most appropriate way the Client sees fit for the platform they are sharing it on. The Artist’s watermark/signature must remain intact and unaltered. Reformatting the aspect ratio for the needs of posting on certain platforms is permitted if appropriate credit is given.
You may request to not be tagged or mentioned when/if the commission is shared on the Artist’s social media pages.

Failure to comply with euther1a’s Terms of Service above will lead to the Client’s loss of all rights as per this commissioning agreement as well as blacklisting. Blacklisting involves being blocked by the artist on all their platforms the Client is found on as well as sharing warnings of the Client’s lack of compliance on all relevant artist communities in order to protect them.Current version was published 14/01/2026.
